February 2026 Update
Progress continues at Project A58 in the 2nd District of Bait Al Watan. We are currently executing external facade finishing works, prioritizing architectural precision to deliver a facade that meets our premium standards and reflects our corporate identity.
January 2026 Update
Kandeel Residence is making steady progress on Project A58 in Bait Al Watan 2nd District
The team is currently applying the finishing material to the left-side facade while simultaneously completing the gypsum works on the front facade, ensuring the exterior aligns with our high architectural standards.
October 2025 Update
The A58 project in Bait Al Watan 2nd District is progressing smoothly through the finishing phase. The internal plastering work has been fully completed, showcasing Kandeel Residence’s high construction standards. Meanwhile, external plastering is underway, followed by the upcoming stages of painting, façade finishing, and interior installations.
The project is advancing according to schedule, moving closer to the final delivery stage with consistent attention to quality and precision.
