Construction update — project L 49 | Bait Al Watan – 4th District | New Cairo. External façade works complete. Kandeel Developments is in a race with time to deliver our projects according to the highest quality standards.
February 2026 Update
Facade finishing works are currently in progress at Project L49 – Bait Al Watan 4, in accordance with the scheduled timeline and approved technical specifications.
October 2025 Update
At Project L49 – Bait Al Watan, 4th District by Kandeel Developments, construction has reached the advanced finishing phase. Both internal and external plastering works are currently in progress, along with the remaining finishing tasks. Every detail is being executed with precision and high-quality materials to ensure a refined appearance and long-lasting durability as the project moves closer to completion.
