February 2026 Update
Construction progress continues at Project D42 in the 1st District of Bait Al Watan. We are currently executing the ground floor slab works, ensuring precision and compliance with engineering standards for structural excellence.
At Project D42, located in Bait Al Watan – First District, the soil replacement and compaction works have officially begun — marking the start of the construction journey.
During this stage, weak soil layers are replaced with strong, compacted material to ensure the long-term stability and durability of the building foundations.
All works are carried out under close engineering supervision, with field tests conducted to confirm density and quality before moving to the lean concrete phase.
