February 2026 Update
Project A15 has reached the stage of finishing the main entrance. Current operations include the installation of wall cladding and flooring in accordance with the approved engineering blueprints, ensuring full compliance with Kandeel Residence’s technical specifications.
October 2024 Update
A15 project – South of Suez is witnessing continuous progress in construction. Preparations are underway to begin finishing the exterior façades after successfully completing previous stages. On-site teams are currently preparing the façades for finishing works, which will be executed to the highest quality standards in line with the distinctive architectural identity of Kandeel Residence projects.
